Homburger advises Credit Suisse on Accelleron credit facilities agreement

Accelleron Industries and Turbo Systems Schweiz have entered into a CHF 450 m credit facilities agreement with Credit Suisse Switzerland as mandated lead arranger, agent and original lender. Based in Baden, Accelleron is a renowed company focus in high power turbocharging and cutting-edge technology.

Homburger has advised Credit Suisse Switzerland with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction. The team was led by partner Jürg Frick (financing and investment products, pictured) and included partner Stefan Oesterhelt (tax) as well as associate Nathalie Scherrer (financing and investment products).
