Homburger advises Hürlimanns on SF-Filter deal
Homburger advised Swiss entrepreneurial couple Sara Hürlimann and Christoph Hürlimann on their acquisition the SF-Filter Group, a distributor of filtration products for mobile equipment and industrial applications headquartered in Bachenbülach, Switzerland.
Deal Details
The acquisition was structured as a multi-layered transaction involving the lenders under SF-Filter Group’s senior facilities agreement, as well as funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, which had been SF-Filter Group’s former shareholders. Founded in 1968, SF-Filter Group operates as a distributor of filtration products across Europe, serving both mobile equipment and industrial application sectors.
