Homburger advises joint lead managers on EFG EUR 500m bond issuance
Homburger advised UBS, London Branch, BofA Securities Europe and J.P. Morgan Securities in connection with their role as joint lead managers on the issuance by EFG International Finance (Luxembourg) of EUR 500 million 3.925% guaranteed bonds, with maturity in 2031.
The bonds are guaranteed by EFG International, and both the bonds and the guarantee, along with the transaction agreements, are governed by Swiss law.
