Homburger advises Neumann on issuance USD 100m Senior Notes
Neumann Gruppe USA issued Series A Senior Notes due 2028 and Floating Rate Series B Senior Notes due 2028. The notes were issued by Neumann Gruppe USA, Inc. and are guaranteed by, inter alia, the Swiss group company Bernhard Rothfos Intercafé.
Neumann Kaffee Gruppe is a globally operating green coffee service group and the Swiss group company Bernhard Rothfos Intercafé is a leader in the coffee supply business in Switzerland.
