Homburger advises Santhera on its up to CHF 20 m financing with Highbridge Capital Management

On July 14, 2020, Santhera Pharmaceuticals Holding announced the closing of the first tranche of its financing arrangement with a fund managed by Highbridge Capital Management. The financing makes available up to CHF 20 m in near-term liquidity to Santhera through the issuance of senior secured notes exchangeable into shares of Santhera.
