Homburger advises Springer Nature on €2.5 bn credit facilities
Springer Nature entered into a term and multicurrency revolving credit facilities agreement with a banking consortium led by Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, ING Bank, a branch of ING-DiBa AG, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart and UniCredit Bank AG. The credit facilities made available have a volume of approximately EUR 2.5 bn.
Springer Nature is a global academic publishing company that is home to some of the best-known names in research, educational and professional publishing.
