Homburger advises UBS on $6bn notes issuance
Homburger advised UBS Group on its issuance of USD 6 billion in aggregate principal amount of Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Callable Senior Notes across three tranches under its Senior Debt Programme.
Deal details
The issuance comprised three separate tranches: USD 2.25 billion in Notes due October 2031, USD 2 billion in Notes due September 2034, and USD 1.75 billion in Notes due September 2047. The Notes are bail-inable (TLAC) bonds eligible to count towards UBS Group’s Swiss gone concern capital requirement. Governed by Swiss law, the Notes have been provisionally admitted to trading, with an application pending for definitive admission to trading and listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
