Homburger advises UBS on Pfandbriefe programme
Homburger advised UBS in connection with its role as sole bookrunner and joint lead manager on Liechtensteinisches Pfandbriefinstitut’s programme for the issuance of Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe on March 25, 2026.
On April 24, 2026, Liechtensteinisches Pfandbriefinstitut completed its inaugural issuance under the programme, raising a total of CHF 250 million. The issuance comprised CHF 150 million of 0.65% Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe due 2031 and CHF 100 million of 0.90% Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe due 2036.
UBS acted as sole bookrunner and joint lead manager, while LGT Bank and Liechtensteinische Landesbank served as joint lead managers.
