Homburger advises ZKB on EUR 500m bond issuance

Homburger advised Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) on its issuance of EUR 500 million 3.080 per cent fixed rate bonds due May 18, 2029.

The senior unsecured bonds were issued under Zürcher Kantonalbank’s Swiss base prospectus — comprising the applicable summary and securities note, each dated June 20, 2025, and the registration form for debt securities dated June 20, 2025, as amended — approved by SIX Exchange Regulation, together with the final terms issued thereunder.

BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, UBS AG London Branch, and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as Joint Lead Managers on the transaction.
