Homburger advises ZKB on Weidmann CHF 200m credit

Homburger has advised Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) in its capacity as Sole Mandated Lead Arranger in connection with Weidmann Group’s new CHF 200 million credit facilities. The firm’s mandate extended to advising ZKB and the other syndicate banks on all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
