Homburger and Kellerhals Carrard on BKW’s facility

Homburger advised UBS Switzerland in its capacity as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner and agent regarding BKW ‘s new CHF 1 billion law governed revolving credit facility, which has a five-year term until 2029, with the option to extend it twice by one year. To cover any short-term financing needs that may arise, there is also an option to increase it by up to CHF 0.5 billion. Kellerhals Carrard acted as a counsel to BKW.

Bern-located BKW (pictured at the left) is an international energy and infrastructure company focusing on integrated solutions in the fields of energy, buildings and infrastructure.
