Homburger: Arnold and Devitre appointed as counsels

Homburger appointed Allegra Arnold (pictured left) and Dilber Devitre (pictured right) to counsels. They had been both working at Homburger as senior associates.

Allegra Arnold

Allegra Arnold has been part of the Homburger’s team for seven years. Specializing in merger and foreign direct investment control, competition law compliance and antitrust litigation, she brings extensive expertise in Swiss and European competition law. She worked for KGC &  Associés (as a junior associate, according to her LinkedIn profile) and Clariant (as a support lawyer antitrust, according to her LinkedIn profile).

Dilber Devitre

Dilber Devitre’s practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration. She regularly advises and represents clients in complex arbitrations and related litigation proceedings. She has acted in over 40 arbitrations under a variety of substantive laws and arbitration rules, with particular focus on investor-State disputes. Dilber also acts as arbitrator. As a member of the Swiss Arbitration Marketing Committee and the Steering Committee of the Young Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration, she is active in several arbitration associations in Asia and Europe. She is registered with the Paris Bar and admitted to pratice in Switzerland.
