Homburger advised Credit Suisse on its issuance of EUR 1.75 billion senior notes

Credit Suisse has successfully completed its issuance of €1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.125% senior notes due 2024 and €750 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes due 2024. The bonds were issued under Credit Suisse’s Euro Medium-Term Note Program.

The Notes have been admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
