908 Devices acquires Nirlab: the legal advisors
908 Devices Inc. (NASDAQ: MASS) completed the acquisition of Swiss-based Nirlab SA for a combination of cash and stock, including earn-out consideration. In connection with the deal, Homburger advised the buyer, while Wenger Vieli represented the selling part.
The NIRLAB Group develops near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy solutions for instant material identification. 908 Devices specialises in devices for vital health, safety, and defense tech applications, such as the illicit drug crisis, toxic carcinogen exposure, and global security threats.
