Homburger with Alphabet on CHF 3.055 bn bonds issuance
Homburger is advising Alphabet, as the parent company of Google placed bonds in Switzerland in the aggregate amount of CHF 3.055 bn.
BNP Paribas, Paris, Lancy/Geneva Branch is acting as representative of the initial purchasers for the CHF offering, which include Deutsche Bank, London Branch, Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities, and Merrill Lynch International. Closing is planned on or around March 3, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
