Homburger with Dekra on Spearhead’s additional stake acquisition

Homburger advised German vehicle inspection company Dekra on its acquisition of an additional stake in Spearhead, a Swiss company specialising in data analytics for automotive claims and vehicle lifecycle management.  

Pursuant to the transaction, Dekra  becomes Spearhead’s majority stakeholder.
