Eli Lilly acquires LimmaTech: the advisors

Eli Lilly agreed to acquire LimmaTech Biologics — a Swiss clinical-stage biotech company developing vaccines for the prevention of life-threatening diseases — for up to USD 780 m in cash, inclusive of an upfront payment and additional potential payments based upon the achievement of certain clinical and regulatory milestones.

In connection with the deal, Homburger advised Eli Lilly, while Vischer represented LimmaTech Biologics.
