The legal advisors on Kandou AI’s USD 225 million funding round

Kandou AI, Swiss-based specialist in high-speed, energy-efficient connectivity and system solutions for AI, closed a USD 225 million series A funding round.

In connection with the round, Homburger advised Kandou AI, while Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) represented several investors.

The investor base

Maverick Silicon led the round, with participation from SoftBank Group Corp, Synopsys, Cadence Design Systems, Alchip Technologies, and several existing investors.
