Homburger with New Zealand’s LGFA on notes issuance
Homburger advised New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency (LGFA) in connection with its debut issuance under its EMTN Programme, marking the the agency’s first issuance in CHF.
UBS Investment Bank and BNP Paribas (Suisse) took part to in the operation as Joint-Lead Managers.
The issuance
Maturing in 2032 and guaranteed by certain Local Authorities, the issued fixed rate notes in question amounted CHF 220 m at 0.77 per cent. The issuance occurred under New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited’s Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
Governed by English law, the issued notes have been provisionally admitted to trading, with pending application for definitive admission to trading and listing, on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
