Homburger with Solabia Développement on Mibelle Biochemistry Business acquisition

Homburger advises Solabia Développement on its acquisition of the Mibelle Biochemistry Business from Persán, a European specialist in home and personal care.

Part of the Mibelle Group, the Mibelle Biochemistry Business specialises in the development and production of active ingredients for the cosmetics, nutraceutical and food industries.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
