Homburger with UBS on CHF 685 m bond issuance
Homburger advised UBS Switzerland on the issuance, under the bank’s covered bond programme, of fixed rate covered bonds in the aggregate amount of CHF 685 million.
Governed by Swiss law and listed on SIX Swiss Exchange, the bonds are indirectly backed by a portfolio of mortgages from UBS Switzerland’s domestic mortgage pool.
