Homburger with UBS on USD 1.5 notes issuance
Homburger advised UBS, acting through its Stamford branch, on its offering of USD 1.5 bn in aggregate principal amount of 4.678% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2030 under its medium-term notes program.
