Homburger with UBS onn AUD 1 bn capital notes issuance
Homburger advised UBS Group on its offering of AUD 1 bn in aggregate principal amount, of 7.125% tier 1 capital notes.
The notes in question are governed by Swiss law and have been provisionally admitted to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange, with application to be made for definitive admission to trading and listing.
