Homburger with UBS Switzerland on €1bn bond issuance
Homburger advised UBS Switzerland on the issuance of fixed rate covered bonds in aggregate amount of € 1 bn, under the institute’s covered bond programme.
The SIX-listed bonds yeald 2.783 % and will mature in 2030.
