Homburger with UL Solutions on Eurofins’ electrical & electronics acquisition

Homburger advised UL Solutions on the acquisition of the electrical and electronics business of Eurofins Scientific, in a transaction valued at EUR 575 million. The firm acted as Swiss counsel to UL Solutions, an applied safety science company, on the completed deal.
