Homburger with Zürcher Kantonalbank on bond issuance
Homburger advised Zürcher Kantonalbank in connection with the issuance of EUR 500 m 2.762 per cent. Fixed Rate Bonds due July 8, 2030.
The operation took place under Zürcher Kantonalbank’s Swiss base prospectus. BNP PARIBAS, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, UBS AG London Branch, and Zürcher Kantonalbank served as the Joint Lead Managers on the transaction.
