Walder Wyss advised H&T Presspart in the acquisition of novelex 

H&T Presspart, a division of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, has acquired novelex from Liberta Partners. At its site in Nidau, novelex develops, industrialises and manufactures components and devices for the administration of medicines for pharmaceutical customers. 

H&T Presspart specializes in the manufacture of drug delivery components and devices for the treatment of respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD. It is a division of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, a global partner in the development and supply of precision moulded metal and plastic components. 

The acquisition of novelex reinforces H&T Presspart’s vision of being the most trusted and customer focused manufacturer of drug delivery devices in the world.
