The newly formed Industrial Automation & Robotics Group (IAR Group) has acquired Bachmann Engineering in Switzerland and two other automation companies, Zeugma in Portugal and Automation Specialist Services in the USA with immediate effect. The aim is to leverage the strengths of the three successful companies to expand into new industries and geographic markets.
