Ignitis and Litgrid signed a share sale-purchase agreement with Quaero Capital regarding DLC

Quaero Capital – a Switzerland-based investment management and private equity firm – through its fund Quaero European Infrastructure Fund II has acquired UAB Duomenų logistikos centras (DLC) from Ignitis Group – an international energy group – and Litgrid for a total consideration of EUR 10.1m. Ignitis Group will sell 79.64%, whereas Litgrid will sell 20.36% of DLC. The transaction is a part of the larger plan of Ignitis Group to divest non-core activities and concentrate on core energy sector related businesses.
