Walder Wyss with Imburse on USD 12 million Series A Funding Round

Zurich-based Imburse, a cloud based payments integration platform provider, has announced the completion of a USD 12 million Series A funding round lead by partners of DST Global, followed by existing investors Addition, Lakestar, Guidewire Software, PostFinance, SixThirty Ventures and Backbone Ventures. Additional investors in this round include Accenture Ventures, Gramercy Ventures as well individual investors including Michael Vaughan, former Venmo COO.

Walder Wyss acted as legal counsel to Imburse on this transaction, with a team that included Ramona Wyss (partner, transactions/regulatory, pictured), Marion Bähler (managing associate, corporate/m&a), Fabienne Limacher (partner, tax), Christian A. Schmid (associate, corporate/ m&a) and Viktoriya Chernaya (trainee lawyer, corporate/ m&a).
