Implenia acquires BAM Swiss. Schellenberg Wittmer acts as legal counsel

Schellenberg Wittmer advised Implenia, Switzerland’s construction and real estate service provider, on the acquisition of BAM Swiss from Dutch Royal BAM Group. 

With this acquisition – according to a press note – Implenia has strengthened its market position in Switzerland, particularly for complex large-scale construction projects in the healthcare sector. 

Schellenberg Wittmer advised the company with a team led by Martin Weber (pictured) and including Marcel Jakob (both corporate/m&a) and Samuel Klaus (ict).
