Insight Partners to acquire Veeam: the advisors

The software investor Insight Partners has agreed to acquire the Swiss cloud data management Veeam. Under the ownership of Insight Partners, Veeam will become a Us company, with a Us-based leadership team, while continuing its global expansion being able to accelerate its Act II (Veeam’s evolution into Hybrid Cloud) and so to expand into new markets.

Ropes & Gray acted as legal advisor to Veeam. Willkie Farr & Gallagher served as legal counsel to Insight Partners in the Us. The team included Ziyad Aziz and Morgan Elwyn (both corporate).
