Vischer advising an insurance company in an infrastructure dispute
Vischer advised an insurance company and its London-based lawyers in an arbitration revolving around a power plant in South America. The dispute between the manufacturer of the plant and the insurer as the legal successor of the operator was, to a large part, governed by Swiss law.
Vischer advised on all relevant substantive and procedural aspects of Swiss law. The Vischer team was led by partner Thomas Weibel (pictured) along with managing associate Barbara Badertscher (both litigation and arbitration).
