Wenger Vieli advises Inyova in its crowdinvesting campaign

Inyova, a European impact investing platform, managed approximately CHF 173 million in assets as of the end of February 2022.

The capital raised through the crowdinvesting is expected to enable the development of new features such as digital voting at general meetings, in addition to accelerating customer growth and participation in Inyova.

Wenger Vieli advised Inyova on all legal and tax aspects of its crowdinvesting campaign. The team was led by partner Beat Speck (m&a / corporate, pictured) and included partner Martin Peyer (financial services), counsel Daniel S. Weber (financial services), counsel Noëmi Kunz-Schenk (tax), counsel Claudia Keller (IP/IT) and junior lawyer Flavio Bolli.
