Jens Baumann joins Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund (Suva)

Suva, the Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund, has appointed Jens Baumann (pictured) as general counsel; based on Baumann’s Linkedin profile.

Prior to joining Suva, Baumann was head of corporate finance legal at Nestlé. Baumann has been part of Nestlé’s legal department since 2004, serving in various national and international roles.

Baumann was a member of the european practice group at Kelley Drye & Warren, USA. A member of the m&a tax group at Pwc, Germany. A member of the international tax group at Borden Ladner Gervais, Canada and chairman of the board of directors at OnQuality Deutschland, Germany.
