Joy Malka joins Walder Wyss as counsel

Joy Malka joins Walder Wyss from Blesi & Papa as counsel. She is an expert in employment law and supports the team in German, French and English-speaking countries.

Malka advises national companies, international groups as well as private individuals on all matters of employment law, in particular in connection with the drafting of employment contracts and regulations, the termination of employment relationships and in the context of restructuring projects (such as transfers of undertakings and mass redundancies). Furthermore, Joy Malka has long-standing expertise in matters relating to staff leasing, international employee transfers and applications for working time permits.

Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked as an attorney at Blesi Papa and at Homburger. Prior to joining the firm, Joy Malka worked as a trainee at Python and Peter in Geneva.
