Karin Graf joins Vischer’s litigation & arbitration team as partner

Vischer announced the addition of Karin Graf (pictured) to the firm’s litigation and arbitration team, in the role of partner. Graf assumes her new role as of September 1st 

Graf brings with her more than 20 years of legal experience. She has represented her clients before national courts and arbitral tribunals. Her focus is on corporate disputes, commercial trade, banking matters, insolvency related claims and matters of enforcement. Graf regularly serves as arbitrator, primarily in international disputes regarding commodities, distribution, licensing and in corporate disputes. 

Prior to joining Vischer, Graf was a partner at Wenger Plattner for almost 12 years. While at Wenger Plattner, she was also a lecturer for Civil Procedural Law and International Arbitration at University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. Graf was previously part of Vischer team in 2005, where she served for around 5 years as senior associate. She started her career working for the District Court of Bulach (Zurich) after which she joined Homburger law practice and later UBS Investment Bank. 

Graf has been a member of the board of the Zurich Bar Association since January 2021.
