Karin Oberlin on the board of directors of Raiffeisenbank Zürich

With the transformation into an independent cooperative bank, Raiffeisenbank Zürich has formed a new board of directors of six members. MLL Legal partner Karin Oberlin has been appointed vice president as of January 2023.

Karin Oberlin is a partner at the corporate and m&a and banking & finance departments. Her main area of practice is financing where she assists lenders and borrowers in asset backed financings, acquisition finance, structured finance and syndicated loan transactions. Oberlin is ranked in various legal directories and has deservedly been dubbed as “one of the best”. Prior to this she worked at Credit Suisse and at Schellenberg Wittmer.
