KC advised the Fondation romande Aventinus on the purchase of Le Temps

From 1 January 2021, Le Temps will be managed by an independent Board of Directors, chaired by Eric Hoesli. Previously owned by the Ringer Axel Springer Switzerland Group, Le Temps is now owned by the Fondation Aventinus, whose mission is to support and promote independent quality media in French-speaking Switzerland.

The team

Kellerhals Carrard advised the Fondation romande Aventinus on the purchase of Le Temps. The team, which will continue to monitor the integration, consists of Jean-Philippe Rochat (pictured), François Kaiser, Edgar Philippin, Virginie Rodieux and Daniel Emch.
