Kellerhals Carrad with Stef Group on Christian Cavegn’s acquisition
Kellerhals Carrard advised the Stef Group, a listed company active in logistics and transport of food products with headquarters in France, on the acquisition of Swiss food transport company Christian Cavegn by the Group’s Swiss subsidiary Stef Suisse, a specialist in temperature-controlled food transportation and logistics.
