Kellerhals Carrard advised Ferrari in its partnership with PUMA

PUMA has renewed its partnership with Ferrari S.p.A. In particular, the licensing relationship of the Ferrari brand for the sportswear sector and that of Scuderia Ferrari’s official supplier for racing clothing were renewed. PUMA thus consolidates its presence in the motor sports sector where, since 2004, it has been particularly active as a supplier of technical racing clothing to the main Formula 1 teams.

As reported by Legalcommunity.it, Ferrari S.p.A. was assisted by the Swiss law firm Kellerhals Carrard of Lugano with partner Stefano Perucchi (pictured).

For Puma, the in-house Corporate Counsel Andrea Nesti, assisted by the law firm Clovers, with partner Andrea Terragni followed the transaction.
