Kellerhals Carrard advises Alp Bio on $2.2M funding round
Kellerhals Carrard advised Swiss biotech startup Alp Bio throughout closing of a USD 2.2 million pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Munich-based venture capital firm 42CAP, with additional participation from Venture Kick and a group of strategic angel investors.
Deal details
Alp Bio AG was founded by Christian Vahlensieck, Lucas Schaus, , Anatol Ehrlich and Punit Mehra. The company develops an organoid platform aimed at serving pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The proceeds from the pre-seed round will be directed toward scaling the organoid platform, launching early partner projects with pharma and biotech teams, and expanding the company’s workforce across Switzerland and the United States.
