Kellerhals Carrard advises Apptitude on a management Buy Out
The Lausanne-based web & mobile digital innovation agency Apptitude has successfully completed a Management Buy Out. Co-founder Axel Pasqualini withdrew after 10 years of growing the business and handed over the lead to Mikhael Minisini and Pierre Brossard.
Kellerhals Carrard has advised Apptitude for the MBO with a team led by tax partner Serge Migy (pictured left) and m&a senior associate Max-André Haas (pictured right) and further comprised of m&a partner Alexandre Gachet, tax associate Brian Jurt and paralegal Dimitri Studer.
