Kellerhals Carrard advises Baeriswyl Tschanz & Partner on sale to Msg
Msg systems, a provider of intelligent IT and industry solutions, has announced the acquisition of the IT consulting company baeriswyl tschanz & partner.
The IT and consulting company msg now takes over baeriswyl tschanz & partner, based in Bern. In this way, the Group is continuing its internationalization and further development in the Swiss market and securing the approximately 40 jobs in the long term. In addition, msg is expanding its portfolio in Switzerland with consulting and project management and lean/agile services.
In the future, both companies will be represented with co-working offices at the Bern, Zurich and Basel locations, which will bring immediate benefits for customers and employees.
