Kellerhals Carrard advises Mosaic SoC on pre-seed round

Kellerhals Carrard advised Zurich-based semiconductor startup Mosaic SoC throughout closing of a USD 3.8 million pre-seed round led by Founderful, with participation from Kick Foundation.

The company

Mosaic SoC is an ETH spinoff founded by Moritz Scherer and Alfio Di Mauro. The company designs dedicated perception processors — purpose-built silicon that processes visual and positional sensor data to generate real-time spatial understanding at the hardware level, independently of the main processor and with minimal power consumption.
