Kellerhals Carrard advises NOMOQ on its sale to Ardagh Metal Packaging
Kellerhals Carrard has advised NOMOQ, a Swiss based company with expertise in decoration, trade and distribution of metal beverage cans, in its multi-step capital increase and transfer of the majority ownership to Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP), a subsidiary of Irish packaging company Ardagh Group. Financial details will not be disclosed.
Based in Zürich, the Swiss printing start-up NOMOQ provides digital printing solutions for aluminium beverage cans. Together with AMP they will pursue their vision to become the leading supplier of decorated cans in small batch sizes for the European beverage market.
