Kellerhals Carrard advises Oxyle in its seed financing round
Kellerhals Carrard advised Oxyle, a cleantech spinoff company of ETH Zurich, through successful completion of a $16 million seed financing round.
360 Capital led the capital round in question, with additional support from Axeleo Capital, and returning investors Founderful and SOSV.
The technology
All proceeds will fund the scaling of Oxyle’s new PFAS destruction technology. Founders Fajer Mushtaq and Silvan Staufert, together with their team, have in fact managed to develop a unique system destroys the so-called “forever chemicals” – i.e micropollutants – by breaking them down into smaller, harmless molecules.
The team
Partner Dario Silberschmidt (corporate/VC/M&A, pictured) led the Kellerhals Carrard team on the matter, supported by partner Michèle Remund (tax), attorney Marine Jorio (corporate/VC/M&A), and paralegal Melissa Wiss (corporate/VC/M&A).
