Kellerhals Carrard advises Qnami on closing of Series A Financing Round

The Kellerhals Carrard Startup Desk acted as legal counsel to Qnami, a Quantum Tech startup, in closing its Series A Financing Round raising a total of CHF 4 million. Led by the Venture Capital Funds Runa Capital and SIT Capital and further supported by seed investors Quantonation, ZKB, Verve Ventures and High Tech Gründerfond.

Kellerhals Carrard team was led by Nicolas Mosimann and Gentiana Shabanaj (pictured) with support of Samuel Rickli and Lisa Schmid.

The funds will support extension of Qnami’s patented quantum microscope technology into applications enabling the design and production of quantum computers and spintronics devices, plus scaling the launch of the Qnami ProteusQ™, the first commercial Quantum Microscope.

Qnami is a VC-backed high-tech company with its roots at the Physics Department of the University of Basel in Switzerland. It develops fundamental new technology using quantum mechanics.
