Kellerhals Carrard advises Vam Investments on Groupe Chaumont acquisition

The syndicated credit facility enabled the financing of part of the purchase price of the M&A transaction involving several Swiss watch components manufacturers to the luxury watch industry.

The deal brings Efteor, Le Composant, Henri Robert and Télôs Watch under the umbrella of Groupe Chaumont.

On the debt advisory side, Vam Investments was supported by Rosedge Capital, whose team included Laura Rusu and Patrick Mann.
