Kellerhals Carrard appoints three partners in Geneva

Kellerhals Carrard is continuing to expand in Geneva with the appointment of three new partners: Victor Argand, Arnaud Philippe and Yannick Wavre. They will strengthen the private clients, startups & venture capital, corporate and m&a and construction and real estate departments.

Victor Argand (pictured right) advises private and institutional clients in the field of business law (commercial law, contract law, company law), with a particular focus on start-ups. He also advises Swiss and international clients on estate planning, foundations and trusts. Argand sits on the boards of directors of various companies and on the boards of several foundations.

Arnaud Philippe (pictured centre) advises institutional and private clients on business law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate and contract law. He also assists banks and other financial institutions with financing transactions, asset management and regulatory matters. Arnaud holds an LL.M. from Stanford Law School and a doctorate in corporate law from the University of Geneva.

Yannick Wavre (pictured left) advises Swiss and international companies and groups, mainly in the areas of business law (in particular company law and contract law), real estate law (property acquisitions and/or sales, brokerage, leases, etc.) and related litigation. He also advises private clients, HNWIs and family offices, particularly in the areas of investment, wealth and estate planning, matrimonial law and, more generally, settling in Switzerland.
